Refunds and Pick up:  We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstances ALL SALES ARE FINAL other than if the item was not available at the moment of purchase. We offer pickups to our local customers. Customers have 14 days to pick up their order, if customer refuses the right to claim their items the order will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. If customer decides they would like their order shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items will be shipped to the address they provided. By selecting store pick up or local delivery, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Desfinition. Furthermore, Desfinition is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. All claims should be directed with the shipping company.

Product Availability: Desfinition strives to constantly bringing in new, trendy and unique styles monthly to provide our customers with new arrivals daily. Due to our products and daily collections being limited our items sometimes tend to sell out very quickly. On occasion certain items displaying no longer in stock will still be displayed on our site even after sold out because Desfinition does plan on restocking that particular item which allows customers to provide their email to be notified when the item is restocked. In the event that a customer purchases an item that is no longer in stock, we will refund you for entirety of that item. Should you have any questions concerning the availability of a particular item please contact us.

Display & Product Descriptions: We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. We try to be as detailed as possible in our product descriptions, furthermore customers can always contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However we cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of an product on your computer or phone screen due to the various factors that can affect how a product looks on your device.

Delivery: We offer same day delivery for our local customers within a 10 mile radius, delivery is now only available on Saturdays. Orders must be placed by 4pm on Saturdays in order for guaranteed same day delivery. All orders go out for delivery approximately 12pm on Saturays, orders are guaranteed to be delivered by 6:30pm est time or before. Any orders placed after cut off times will automatically be delivered the following day. Orders placed after cut off time Saturday will be delivered on Monday as we are closed on Sundays.
